Justin Schwem is the Co-Founder and Principal of Mpakt Marketing, bringing more than 33 years of experience in the automotive repair & operations field. His career reflects a rare combination of early leadership, proven operational expertise & innovative marketing strategies that consistently drive growth.

Justin began managing automotive repair shops at just 19 years old, quickly rising into Regional and District Manager roles with respected organizations including Caliber Auto Care. His journey also includes key leadership positions with startup ventures such as Service First, a tenure in big box retail with Firestone, and serving as a key player in setting industry records with Adams Automotive in Houston, Texas.

Over the years, he has served as an Operations Manager, led multi-unit teams, and contributed his insights on advisory boards. His experience spans hands-on shop management to high-level strategic leadership, giving him a 360-degree view of the automotive service industry.

In addition to his operational background, Justin has been at the forefront of marketing efforts within the automotive repair arena. He has built and implemented proven processes that deliver immediate results, including multi-channel revenue-driving strategies through direct mail, social media, pay-per-click campaigns, SEO, geofencing, and more!
